Hara Hachi Bu Bracelets

•Hara Hachi Bu is a Confuscian teaching that instructs people to eat until they are 80 percent full. The Japanese phrase translates to, “Eat until you are eight parts (out of ten) full“ or “belly 80 percent full”.

The glass beads are made in the Czech Republic and include cathedral and beautiful round beads with a flower design. The crystals are, of course, Swarovski – do you even need to ask? There are also a few man-made hematite beads, and purple-dyed jade. The tiny blue glass bugle beads are either Czech or from China. The heart lobster clasp and soldered jump ring are both sterling silver.Measure your wrist and let me know the size and I will make the bracelet according to your specifications.
